Terms & Conditions:

  • Booking appointments are subject to availability
  • Accurate home condition/details must be provided during booking
  • Pricing may increase for excessive buildup, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate booking details
  • Clients must provide access instructions before arrival
  • Payment authorization for cards on file
  • Late payment policy
  • Service areas and operating hours
  • We reserve the right to refuse service under unsafe conditions

Service Agreement:

  • Scope of cleaning services provided
  • We provide our own cleaning supplies/equipment unless client requests otherwise
  • Satisfaction guarantee terms
  • Liability limitations for pre-existing damage
    Fragile/valuable item disclaimer
  • Pet policy
  • Access/entry policy
    Photos/videos may be used internally for quality control/training only
  • Add-on services and additional charges if needed

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

  • At least 24 hours notice required for cancellations or reschedules
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations/no-shows may be charged a percentage of the service total
  • If cleaners are unable to access the property upon arrival, a lockout fee may apply
  • Clients arriving late or changing service scope last minute may affect appointment timing/pricing
  • Reschedules are subject to availability
